If you have yet to experience what this program has to offer, you are missing a vital component in improving the structure, management, and overall atmosphere of your classroom setting.
The techniques suggested by T.H.E.A. Service are able to meet some of the various needs of students "at risk" of not being able to compete in a global society. It is not a "miracle" program, however, if applied consistently, one will see a significant change in the attitude, socialization, and overall academic performance of their students.
Planning is critical. The practices of conflict resolution, and partnering have lead to a more productive co-operative learning environment for my students. Assisting students with resolving conflicts respectfully, targeting individual needs, incorporated with differentiated styles of instruction have given my students a boost in their performance, self esteem, and how they are able to copy with the little "pit falls" we encounter in our daily lives.

T.H.E.A. created an atmosphere and learning environment that made teaching and learning as ecstatic experience for the teachers and students.
R. Parker
Educational Resource Director

The ethnic balance and harmony created at Junior High School 22 through the T.H.E.A. Program made for an unbelievable experience. I have never seen undesirable or expendable elements within the student population deal with in such an effective and efficient manner. It was such a show of non-nonsense and zero tolerance policy at its best.

Mr. Blancovitch

Using T.H.E.A. strategies, innovations, and discipline models, I was able to organize a college choir and a college step team. Both groups were well received by the local community and campus family. T.H.E.A. techniques were very instrumental in helping students make positive adjustments, and successfully assimilate into college life.

The Junior Achievement Program was a huge success because of the atmosphere and environment created by this very strong and positive program. Thank you, Mr. Williamson.

and Angela (student)

When T.H.E.A.'s teacher training component was in place, implementation of the program became a rewarding learning experience. It became a matter of simply taking care of clerical responsiblilities and documenting events and incidents.
Ron Stolfi
Grade Leader

With T.H.E.A. new teachers were able to teach and be prductive, and were able to imact on students in a positive way.
Mr. Norman
Girls Basketball Coach

Mr. Williamson, T.H.E.A. is the truth! I could not believe its effectiveness in the South Bronx community with staff, students, and parents. T.H.E.A. works.

To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Williamson served as an Assistant Principal in my intermediate school for three years. He took over an 8th grade that had been in disarray for many years. His approach and style served to stabilize the grade. Not only did the eighth grade become highly manageable, it also increased in academic achievements by almost 100%.
Many educators believe that controlling students requires tough disciplinary measures. Mr. Williamson places a heavy emphasis on reaching all students individually and profoundly. It is a humanistic approach, which deals with impacting students in a persona; way and increasing their self esteem.
Truly yours,
Victor M. Lozano
Former Principal
